Service Projects

What We Do

Our chapter is committed to contributing to the local community through various means. Some of the projects we have participated in or are planning to participate in are :   campus clean up, printer cartridge collection for recycling and various outreach in the campus and school system.

Campus Clean - Up

Periodically, our members stay after-hours to help clean up our school campus.  The members work with a partner to pick up trash around the campus like the athletic fields, parking lots, and grassy areas that are fronting the school building.

Printer Cartridge Recycling

With the help of the school's media specialist, the school members collect all used printer cartridges. We also collect printer cartridges from some of the business offices in the community.  These cartridges are brought to either Office Depot or Staples for recycling.
